Maria-Teresa: A pageant vetran involved in the industry as a contestant, queen, staff member, and judge for the past 15 years, Maria-Teresa of Pageants 2 Go joins Pageants by Ashley specializing in speeches, introductions, talent preparation, and Farewell DVDs. During her years of competition, she has captured several local, state, and national titles for American Coed Pageants, National American Miss, and the Miss Pennsylvania America Scholarship Organization. Most recently, she was named the National American Miss National Talent and Actress Winner 2008-2009 and was the National American Miss Pennsylvania Queen 2008. Over the years, Maria-Teresa has developed a penchant for pageant writing and has written winning introductions and speeches for local, state, and national titleholders of all ages. A vocalist, she has also become adept at working to develop ideal music cuts for talent competitions. Maria-Teresa is a "computer geek" at heart and accredits her skills in the areas of website design and the development of Farewell DVDs to her many hours spent with her lime green Sony Vaio laptop, "Baby Vaio."

Joshua:  Joshua may be relatively new to the world of pageantry, however he is no stranger to the modeling industry.  Joshua has been a featured model for many successful and prestigious companies such as Blue Chip Casino, Aflac Insurance and Memorial Hospital & Surgical Center.  He has recently become more involved in pageantry and has  judged for several pageant systems on both a local and state level.  Joshua is a great asset to Pageants by Ashley as he offers a unique "male opinion" which is often something no other coach can provide.  Joshua knows the in's and out's of many systems including National American Miss, American Coed, Miss & Teen USA.  He often attends on-location and offers "Escorting" for the formalwear competition for all Pageants by Ashley's clients.  He looks forward to the day where he can escort both his wife, Ashley Tucker-Swathwood on stage at Mrs Indiana as well as escort his daughter, Lilah Grace in her first Princess competition.

Rita: With over 23 years of pageant experience & knowledge, Rita is no stranger to pageantry as she is the proud mother of Ashley Tucker.  Not only has she been the guiding force of her daughters years of success in pageantry, but she also been a state and National judge for systems such as American Coed, National American Miss & Sunburst Internationals.  She has also been involved with Junior Miss and the Miss America Organization on both the local and state level.  Her knowledge and expertise is irreplaceable to Pageants by Ashley, as well as Ashley's Rene's.  Rita also assists with selecting merchandise for Ashley Rene's as well as custom stoning and beading items for our clients. She is also often available for on-location coaching assistance to Pageants by Ashley.
